Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly require 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments are subject to a 100% fee. This policy allows us to protect the time of our providers while creating the best possible availability and experience for every Hobbs client.
