Arrival: All new clients please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing any necessary paperwork for scheduled service.
Cancellation: Please call to cancel your appointment at: 918-551-7988 To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 48-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.
Our staff work on a level system, which means our pricing for services is tiered to reflect their expertise. The prices quoted are the starting price for the service and may be higher depending on the level of staff member.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can either return or exchange it within 15 days of purchase. A full refund will be given as long as it is within the 15-day window. Hobbs Salon & Med Spa can not issue cash refunds.
